It is made up of two fatty acids and a phosphate group and are covalently attached with the help of ester linkage to a glycerol molecule. PA is an important constituent of cell membranes. 应用 17:0 PA has been used as an internal standard for BXD liver samples/lipidomics analysis and as an internal standard for BXD plasma sample analysis.
