性质描述:

无色或浅黄色粘稠透明液体。与水互溶。略有苦杏仁味。稳定性良好，能耐热、耐光、耐压，无挥发性。

生产方法:

由十二醇以硫酸为催化剂与溴氢酸反应，生成溴代十二烷。然后，溴代十二烷和二甲胺在140-150℃下进行反应，生成十二烷基二甲基叔胺。进而与氯化苄缩合而成季铵盐化合物，即匀染剂1227。该品为无色或黄色粘稠液体。含固量44±1%，1%溶液pH为6-7。原料消耗（kg/t）十二醇（95%） 357二甲胺（40%） 357氯化苄（95%） 196盐酸（31%） 571液碱（21%） 71

用途:

该品杀菌效力很强，以普通水稀释至一定有效浓度，使细菌蛋白凝固结合，阻止细菌的代谢作用，达到杀菌效果，可应用于医疗器械、伤口、公共餐具等的消毒杀菌。匀染剂1227用于织物柔软处理，可使纤维膨松、外观优美；并具有抗静电功效，可作合成纤维纺织加工前的静电防防止剂。又具有灭菌、抑霉作用，可使织物安全储存。用于阳离子染料染腈纶纤维作匀染剂时，能阻滞纤维对阳离子染料的吸收，延缓腈纶染色速度，达到匀染效果。该品还用作工家业菌和石油化工装置中的水质稳定剂。该品对人体无毒。
