性质描述:

针状结晶。熔点123℃。溶于乙醚、乙醇。

生产方法:

由5-硝基异酞酸（[618-88-2]）与甲醇在硫酸存在下酯化而得。将5-硝基异酞酸、甲醇、硫酸加入反应锅内，搅拌加热，回流7h。出料，放冷，过滤。滤饼用蒸馏水洗涤，干燥，得5-硝基异酞酸二甲酯。收率90%。

用途:

可用于合成诊断用药碘酞酰胺。该药物也称新泛影，可用于心血管造影、腹主动脉造影、肾盂造影、脑血管造影。
