性质描述: 白色针状结晶。吸湿性强。熔点188-192℃（分解）。易溶于水，解溶于150份无水乙醇，溶于冰乙酸、甘油和乙二醇。
生产方法: 将氯乙酸乙酯和无水乙醇混合，冷至0℃，加入预冷至-5℃的三甲胺，控制此放热反应，使反应温度在1h内升至60℃，停止放热后，在室温放置24h，滴加100%水合肼，搅拦45min，冷却，滤出结晶，干燥，得吉腊德试剂 T，收率83.5%-89.5%。
用途: 用于分离雌酮以及工他17-甾酮化合物。
