性质描述:

白色或近白色结晶性粉末。熔点239-241℃。溶于乙醇，易溶于碱性溶液，几乎不溶于水或氯仿。无臭，味微苦。

生产方法:

由邻二氯苯经氯磺化、胺化而得。

用途:

该品为碳酸酐酶的抑制药，具有降低眼内压、利尿作用。但利尿作用很弱，主要用于治疗青光眼以降低眼压。
