性质描述:

红色或橙棕色针状结晶。熔点303-306℃。溶于乙醇、氯仿、苯和丙酮，不溶于水。能升华。

生产方法:

（1）由蒽醌-2-磺酸铵盐氨化制得，工艺过程如下：将蒽醌-2-磺酸铵盐240kg、间硝基苯磺酸钠（防染盐S）70kg及25%氨水（含氨100%174kg）打浆，压入高压釜。加热至184-188℃，压力为3.73-3.92MPa（表压），保温压反应10h，反应毕，边冷却，边放氨。冷至80℃，将物料压入脱氨锅在80℃脱氨2h。升温至100℃，吸滤，用100℃热水3000L洗涤。将滤饼烘干，得2-氨基蒽醌。收率70%。（2）2-氯蒽醌和氨水在催化剂硫酸铜的悬浮物中经高温压反应，制得2-氨基蒽醌。先将2-氯蒽醌、硫酸铜、氨水打浆，充分混合压入氨化高压锅中，升温至213-215℃，于5.1-5.39MPa压力下反应5h，放压回收余氨。将反应产物压入过滤器，经过滤、水洗、干燥而得成品。产品规格：外观为红棕色粉末的工业品含量（以总氨值计）86.0%。原料消耗定额：2-氯蒽醌（96%）1150kg/t、氨水（95%）400kg/t、硫酸铜（96%）87.8kg/t。

用途:

还原染料的中间体，主要用于制造还原蓝RSN，还原黄G，还原黄8G和1-氯-2-氨基蒽醌染料。此外，在造纸工业中可用作催化剂以节约烧碱。
