L-2-氨基己二酸/α-氨基己二酸酯是一种葡聚糖毒素，其是谷氨酰胺的结构类似物。它由赖氨酸蔗糖(SAC)/哌酸(PIP)途径的分解代谢产生。

应用

L-2-氨基己二酸已被用作大鼠星形胶质细胞特异的一种胶质毒素。它也已作为发酵食品样品氨基酸分析中的内标。

生化/生理作用
