性质描述:

白色有光泽的片状结晶。熔点154-155℃，相对密度1.32，溶于四氢呋喃、环己酮、丙酮、醇、乙醚，微溶于聚氯乙烯用的各种增塑剂，不溶于水和二硫化碳。易燃，味苦，磨擦时发光。

生产方法:

由苯胺与二硫化碳缩合而得。公斤/吨苯胺 900二硫化碳 420

用途:

本品为硫化速度较快的促进剂，主要用于天然胶乳和氯丁胶乳制品，亦可用于制造硫化胶囊、水胎、补胎胶、电线电缆、工业制品、胶鞋等。本品也可作为乳液法聚氯乙烯的热稳定剂，特别适用于软质制品，一般用量为0.2-0.5%，不会使塑料制品着色，但不能防止制品受光变色。不能与铅、镉稳定剂并用，否则会导致制品变色。二苯硫脲也是医药、染料的中间体，用于生产靛蓝、甲基靛蓝、硫化染料及浮选剂、防酸剂等。本品是测定锇、钌的化学试剂。本品毒性低，小鼠腹腔注射LD50为400毫克/公斤，大鼠口服LD50为2000毫克/公斤，无致癌性。
