性质描述: 白色或稍带黄色或灰色的颗粒或纤维性粉末。无臭无味，可燃，具热塑性。在水中溶胀成透明至乳白色粘性胶体溶液。溶于乙醇，不溶于乙醚。高于38℃时不溶于水。
生产方法: 用碱和环氧丙烷处理纤维素而得。
用途: 乳化剂，被膜剂，保护性胶体，稳定剂，悬浊剂，增稠剂。在日本，70%用于医药，作片剂粘合剂、薄膜包衣等。

应用
Thickener, binder, and emulsifier.Hydroxypropyl cellulose is used as an emulsifier, stabilizer, whipping aid and thickener. It is also used as a binder in ceramics and glazes, additive in hair and cosmetic products and blow-molded bottles. Further, it is used in contact lens wetting solutions, as a formulation aid and texturizer for foods. In addition, it serves as a topical ophthalmic protectant and lubricant. It acts as a disintegrant and a binder in tablets. It is also utilized as a sieving matrix for DNA separations by capillary and microchip electrophoresis.

Hydroxypropyl Cellulose is a cellulose ether which is formed by the chemical interaction of the hydroxyl groups with the glucose residues of cellulose at positions 2, 3, and/or 6. It is typically utilized as a drug excipient.

应用

These Secondary Standards are qualified as Certified Reference Materials. These are suitable for use in several analytical applications including but not limited to pharma release testing, pharma method development for qualitative and quantitative analyses, food and beverage quality control testing, and other calibration requirements.
Hydroxypropyl Cellulose may be used as a pharmaceutical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in pharmaceutical formulations by chromatography, colorimetric and spectrophotometric techniques.

一般描述

应用

HPC 骨架组成的共聚物与 聚(2-二甲氨基)乙基甲基丙烯酸酯侧链已被合成用于基因传递。HPC 已被用作纳米结构锐钛矿膜的粘合剂。由 HPC 骨架和聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)作为侧链制成的聚合物缀合物充当智能水凝胶。已有报告称 HPC 被作为胶水进行研究。
