性质描述:

该品为结晶体。熔点47-49℃，沸点108.5-111℃（0.4kPa）。

生产方法:

由二乙胺与光气反应生成二乙胺基甲酰氯，再与六水派嗪缩合得到1-二乙胺基甲酰基哌嗪，最后经甲基化得该品。

用途:

该品为抗丝虫药，乙胺嗪与枸橼酸成盐得乙胺嗪枸橼酸盐，即海群生。作为抗丝虫药的乙胺嗪盐类还有盐酸盐、磷酸盐。丝虫病是由寄生于人体淋巴或结缔组织中的丝虫所致。乙胺嗪在临床用于丝虫病的治疗与预防，抗虫作用不够理想，并有一定的不良反应，但与现有的抗丝虫病药物相比，仍是首选药物。
