性质描述:

白色粉末或针状结晶。熔点141℃，沸点286℃，117℃（1.06kPa）。溶于乙醇、乙醚、苯和乙酸。1g该品可溶于15℃的500ml水。不溶于二硫化碳。112℃时可在高真空中升华，能随蒸气挥发。

生产方法:

1.由糠醛与丙二酸反应而得。将糠醛、丙二酸加入吡啶中，加热回流2h，冷却，加水，在搅拌下加入浓氨水直至酸几乎全部溶解。将溶液过滤，滤饼用少量水洗涤，滤液和洗液合并，经盐酸酸化后，再于沸水浴上加热1.5-2h。将析出的沉淀滤出，用水洗涤，干燥而得成品，收率90-92%。2.由呋喃丙烯醛[623-30-3]氧化，酸析而得。将水、呋喃丙烯醛、氧化银与水的混合物加入反应锅，搅拌下在25℃左右通入氧气。10min后滴加35-50%的氢氧化钠溶液，在1h内加完1/2量，温度低于40℃，另一半氢氧化钠溶液在10min内加完后通入氧气10min，控制pH为11-12，冷却至40℃以下出料过滤。滤饼为氧化银，洗涤后套用。将洗、滤液用盐酸调节至pH为3，加热至90℃，使析出的呋喃丙烯酸结晶全部溶解，再冷却至30℃，析出结晶，甩滤，用冰水洗涤，烘干，得呋喃丙烯酸。3.由糠醛与乙酐缩合而得。在干燥的反应锅内，加入乙酐、糠醛及无水乙酸钠，在150℃搅拌回流7h，加入碎冰，过滤出粗品。将粗品混悬于热水中加热，加碱调节至pH为5.9-6。粗品全溶后加入活性炭在90℃脱色，过滤，滤液于50-60℃用盐酸调节至pH为3，析出结晶，过滤，水洗，干燥即得呋喃丙烯酸。另外，将糠醛与丙酮在氢氧化钠溶液中缩合，先制得亚糠基丙酮，再用漂白粉氧化也可得到该品，收率65%以上。

用途:

呋喃丙烯酸是治疗血吸虫病药物呋喃丙胺的中间体。还用于制取庚酮二酸、庚二酸、乙烯呋喃及其酯类等。
