| 性质描述: | 白色结晶性粉末。熔点125℃（127-131℃）。易溶于水，溶于乙醇，微溶于丙酮，不溶于氯仿、乙醚。有引湿性，遇光易变质。无臭，味苦。 | ||||||||||||||||||||
| 生产方法: | 由二乙胺用二氧化硫成盐后与对苯二醌加成而得。将二乙胺、乙醇和水加入反应锅内，冷至0℃，通入二氧化硫至反应液pH=3.5-4为止，反应温度控制在10℃以下，得二乙胺亚硫酸盐溶液。然后，于0-10℃缓缓加入对苯二醌。加毕，减压回收乙醇，冷却结晶，过滤。结晶加蒸馏水加热溶解，用活性炭脱色精制，即得酚磺乙胺成品。 | ||||||||||||||||||||
| 用途: | 本品能增加血小板的数量、聚集性和粘附性，促使凝血活性物质从血小板中释放。也可加速血块收缩，缩短凝血时间，还可以增强毛细血管抵抗力，减低毛细血管通透性。用于手术前预防和治疗出血。也用于血小板功能不全引起出血或其他原因出血，如胃肠道出血、脑出血和泌尿道出血等。鼠静脉注射LD50为800-1350毫克/公斤。 |
