产品说明 生化/生理作用 GSK046 (iBET-BD2) is a potent and highly selective inhibitor of bromodomain BD2 of BRD2, BDR3, BRD4, BRDT. GSK046 inhibits the production of effector cytokines, including IFN-g, interleukin- 17A (IL-17A), and IL-22 in primary CD4+ T cell cultures without effecting proliferation.
